70 days to go.

I have 86 episodes of Lost loaded and ready to roll out via Netflix Instant streaming. (All but the 5th season-not yet avail to stream)  I’m thinking of plunging back in and starting the whole series over from the beginning and taking Sue along for the ride. (She said that she might have never seen season one which is INSANE)  I’m hoping to OD on Lost before the real pre-season anxiety cripples me this January.

I love this show so much, and cannot abide the complaints about things getting “explained.”  This is a show that made me fall in love with character development and plotting in television again. (The main thing that made me fall so hard in love with all these characters all over again was the twisty season ender “Through the looking glass.”  All the sudden I could care less about smoke monsters, all I wanted to know was why was Kate so mad at Jack?)

This show, these people, it’s the journey not the destination.  Anyway, 86 eps locked and loaded.  Ready to take the plunge again and start back with the episode I first saw in a half empty convention hall at Comic Con many years ago…

True confessions: I got spoiled, and I have not watched Serenity for…specific reasons.

Same thing happens to him in the first episode of V.

Every now and then, when I NEED it, I pop Serenity on to have a watch but I always have to turn it off before Wash dies.
